ILS / LSA – Risk or an Opportunity for Business

What are ILS and LSA, and why do they matter in defence sales and delivery projects? Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) are essential elements of defence projects. Even for well-proven products with existing documentation, defence-specific support and maintenance requirements can be extensive and demanding.
In this session, we will shed light on ILS and LSA, explore their role throughout the project lifecycle. Also, we will discuss key strategic decisions related to ILS-process. How to transform potential product lifecycle risks into competitive advantage and increasing sales!
