Tiina Laisi-Puheloinen is the CEO of the Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN) and an experienced leader with expertise in startups, fundraising, strategic leadership, and defence.

She serves on the boards and as an advisor to defence and dual-use growth companies, supporting their strategy, commercial growth, and internationalization. Tiina Laisi-Puheloinen is a major (reserve) in the Finnish Defence Forces. She has also worked for the Finnish Defence Forces and served in international peacekeeping operations, bringing valuable military leadership and international defence experience to her work in business and investing.
