What does NATO look for from technology companies? NCIA to take the stage at Arctic Lion
What does it take for a technology company to engage with NATO – and where are the real opportunities for industry?
At Arctic Lion Defence Summit, these questions will be addressed by Harri Paananen, Acting Chief of the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) Command and Control Centre (C2C). Paananen will provide a practical look at NCIA’s role within the NATO ecosystem, how its procurement processes work, and what kinds of capabilities and solutions the agency is looking for.
The session will also explore how technology companies can take their first steps towards NATO-related opportunities – from understanding the ecosystem and procurement processes to identifying where their own expertise and solutions can create value. With extensive experience at the intersection of technology, international cooperation and the public and private sectors, Paananen brings a perspective on how capabilities, technology and multinational cooperation are translated into practical operational solutions within NATO.
More programme announcements and confirmed speakers will be revealed soon.
